Career Opportunities: Estimator/Project Manager

We are seeking an ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER to join our team! You will be responsible for the management of both small and large scale jobs including estimating, bidding, management and project close out.

Responsibilities:

• Estimating
• Bid Preparation
• Material acquisition
• Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
• Maintain required project documentation
• All aspects of Project Managing including job meetings and site visits
• Billing
• Closeout Documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field and five years experience preferred
• In lieu of degree, ten years experience in structural steel fabrication preferred
• Experience with estimating software such as Structural Steel Manager preferred
• Strong project management skills
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership qualities
• OSHA 10 certified preferred
